You can manage your orders in the Lengow platform.

1. Order retrieval

Lengow retrieves orders placed on Amazon website every hour

It is now possible to retrieve orders from several Amazon countries on a single channel in Lengow. It is no longer necessary to open a new channel only to retrieve orders.

2. Order processing

Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed:

  • Waiting for acceptance. Here is what you can do at this stage:
    • Accept the order.
    • Cancel the order. You must specify the cancellation reason.
  • Waiting for shipment. Here is what you can do at this stage:
    • Confirm order shipment. Specify the tracking number and carrier name to ship the order.
    • Cancel the order. You must specify the cancellation reason.
  • Shipped : the order has been sent and the shipment is in progress.
    • Refund the order. You must specify the refund reason.
  • Cancelled: the order is cancelled. At this stage, you cannot carry out any action.

Please note that Amazon doesn't provide Lengow with orders billing addresses. 
Nevertheless, technical requirements oblige us to fill in this field in order to transfer orders in your back-office. To do so, we duplicate the delivery addresse in the billing addresse field.
