What is it?
Integration reports are folders made available to merchants by channel in order to ensure the correct integration of products.
Generally, these folders contain the list of products in error and the reason for their non-integration.
How does it work?
Each channel produces a different report. Consult the section "Integration report" for each marketplace guide, to learn how to interpret this information.
- If the channel still hasn't received the optimised catalogue: a message will inform you.
This happens when:
- You have only just provided the API identifiers or sent the outgoing catalogue URL to the channel.
Wait a little while, because each channel has its own hours for receiving optimised catalogues. We know the hour(s) that your catalogues can be received for certain channels. In such a case, they are shown in the dedicated "Channel Guides".
- You have provided the API identifiers or sent the URL of the outgoing catalogue to the channel over 24 hours ago.
- If the channel works by API : check that the API identifiers provided are correct. If necessary, contact your channel account manager.
- If the channel works by URL, contact your channel account manager.
- The channel has received the optimised catalogue: the hours when your optimised catalogue will be received are indicated and an integration report is available.
What to do with these reports?
For most marketplaces, a product integration report is available in Lengow. This report contains all of the products in error (and therefore a list of unpublished products). For more details about these reports:
Each channel sends errors with different titles, sometimes in a language different from the language in which your products are displayed. To ease the understanding of these errors reports, Lengow has harmonized these errors reports and provides you with a unique and didactic reading grid to help you maximize the number of products launched as quickly as possible.
This information applies to Google API FR channel and all channels which are based on Mirakl technology ( Atlas for men, Auchan, BHV, Boulanger, Brandalley, Brico Privé, But, Camif, Carrefour ES, Conforama, Darty, Distriartisan, ePrice, Fnac (produits uniquement), Galeries Lafayette, Harvey Nichols, IBS, Intermarché, La Poste, Macway, Maty, Nature & Découvertes, Rue du Commerce, Secret Sales, Ubaldi, Vida XL, Worten, ...)
Within the channel, the "Diffusion report" tab informs you about the number of products:
which are sent through the optimised feed to the channel and percentage of products excluded compared to the source feed
which are online and the equivalent in percentage compared to products in the optimised feed
with an error (product(s) in error)
with a warning (product(s) with warning)
This activity report is based on the latest reports provided by the channel for the latest sendings of product data, offer data and products statuses (the latter is not always provided).
The date of the integration report is the date of recovery of the last of these three types of reports.
When sending products, Lengow checks and filters products with the most common errors. Lengow report data will only be available after the launching on the marketplace.
Search for one/several product/s
The search field allows you to narrow the display to the products of your choice. The search is done by the beginning of the chain.
You can perform several searches together. Enter the first value, press the "Enter" key on your keyboard, then enter another value, press the "Enter" key on your keyboard, etc...
Errors are displayed according to the number of products impacted, in descending order.
For Google API feeds except Google API FR and for marketplaces that don't use Mirakl technology, errors and warnings are accessible in the “all errors” group
For Google API FR feed and marketplaces that use Mirakl technology, errors and warnings are grouped by theme according to the attribute that caused the error.
Groups made available are as follow:
Stocks & Delivery
Only groups with one or more errors or warnings appear in the report.
Within a group, errors are matched to Lengow standard errors.
Channel error “The attribute must be an integer.”
and Lengow error “The value is not a valid date”
are both linked to the standard error “The attribute format is not valid”
Each error presents the error code, the error message, the number of products impacted and the channel attribute identified in the error.
Click on the attribute to access the channel Matching Attributes and make the necessary changes.
Click on the number of products impacted to access the error message returned by the channem, as well as the value of the attribute in error for each product (Warning: the value displayed is the one currently in the optimized feed. If you have made a change between the time the feed was sent to the marketplace and the time you view this report, the displayed value is not to be taken into account).
