Shopware compatibility

The plugin is compatible with the 4.3 to 5.6 version.

1. Plugin install

1.1 Plugin install in Shopware

Click on "Plugin Manager" in the "Configuration" tab, type "Lengow" in the search bar and install the "Lengow, Shopping feed management" plugin.

1.2 Plugin version update

Click on "Plugin Manager" in the "Configuration" tab > "Updates" > select the "Lengow" plugin and follow the steps.

Access the plugin

After installing the plugin, it will be available in the "Configuration" tab > "Lengow".

1.3 Connect plugin to your Lengow account

Connection steps are the same for all of our CMS plugins/applications.

Please read them in our dedicated article: "Connect your Lengow account to a CMS plugin/application".

Once the connection has been done, on the homepage, you will find:

  • an access to products to export to the Lengow platform
  • an access to information on orders imported from Lengow
  • the plugin main settings
  • statistics
  • a Help Center access and contact to our Support Team

2. Set up your plugin in Lengow

When you first use the plugin, some configuration will be necessary.

2.1 Global settings

How to access it?

  • "Configuration" tab > "Basic settings" > "Additional settings" > "Lengow" > "Main settings"
  • "Configuration" tab > "Lengow" > "Settings" > "Additional settings" > "Lengow" > "Main settings"

If you have several shops, there will be one tab per shop.

  • Account ID / Access Token / Secret Token / Catalogues ID / Enable shop: Data provided automatically. Please do not change them.
  • Enable authorisation by IP / Authorized IPs: Choose whether you want the export of the product catalogue to be protected by IP address (instead of a by an authorisation token). If applicable, indicate the IPs that will have access to the exported product catalogue.
  • Lengow Tracker: Both options allow Lengow tracker activation with the plugin.
    By default, this tracker is deactivated and has to be activated to send data to Lengow.
    Second option allows to select the product unique identifier which is filled in Lengow.

2.2 Products export settings

How to access it? 

  • "Configuration" tab > "Basic settings" > "Additional settings" > "Lengow" > "Export settings"
  • "Configuration" tab > "Lengow" > "Products"

If you have several shops, there will be one tab per shop.

In this area, you can select products to export to the Lengow platform.  For each of your Shopware shop, you can choose to send:

  • your inactive products (only in "Export settings")
  • all or a selection of products

In addition, select the default carrier: The shipping costs contained in your product catalogue will be those of the carrier selected here.

2.3 Orders import settings

How to access it? "Configuration" tab > "Basic settings" > "Additional settings" > "Lengow" > "Import settings"

If you have several shops, there will be one tab per shop.

  • Import orders shipped by marketplaces: Activate or deactivate the import in your Shopware for orders shipped by marketplaces.
  • Decrease stocks of products sent by marketplaces: activate or deactivate stocks decrement in your Shopware back office for orders sent by marketplaces.
  • Default carrier: Select the default carrier for orders coming from marketplaces.
  • Re-import orders made since: the period (in days) during which we come to pick up the orders. If this parameter is set to 5 days, we will pick up the orders from the last 5 days with each new import (it is advisable to leave this parameter set to 5 days).
  • Activate pre-production mode: Pre-production mode allows you to carry out some testing and test orders. Activate this option ONLY on your pre-production server.

Orders statuses  - Orders

How to access it? "Configuration" tab > "Basic settings" > "Additional settings" > "Lengow" > "Order Status"

Before you activate the orders import in Shopware, match Lengow orders statuses and your Shopware orders statuses.

This matching is essential to accurately trigger order actions to and from marketplaces. Without this link, the marketplaces cannot be informed about the logistic arrangements you operate on your orders from Shopware.

In the example above:

  • An order from a marketplace with a status "Orders in preparation" will be imported with the "in_process" status in your Shopware.
  • When you switch a status to "completed" in your Shopware, Lengow will inform the marketplace that the order has been sent.

Logs

How to access it? Configuration" tab > "Lengow" > "Logs"

You will find here your logs history (imported orders, error messages, ...). Logs will be saved here for 20 days.

3. Using your plugin on a day-to-day basis

Plugin overview

Products management

You can change:

  • the number of products exported to the Lengow platform. Go to the products page.
  • your products values (title, description, price...). This has to be done outside the plugin, in the "Items" tab in Shopware.

Changes will be visible in the Lengow platform as soon your products catalogue is imported.

Orders management

Marketplace orders (status change) can be managed from the "Orders" tab in Lengow Plugin.

In this tab find all your orders with information at the top left indicating:

  • commands in error during the import
  • orders waiting for shipment
  • the date of the last synchronisation

  • On the right side of this page, the "Synchronize orders" button allows you to import all the orders manually. For each command restart this import individually through the action column once the corrections are made for example.

  • when you select an order from Lengow, a new block with all the Lengow information of the command will be displayed.

If necessary, you can change import settings for orders in the "Import settings" part in the module.
