Add a channel catalogue

Add a Rue du Commerce channel catalogue in your Lengow account.

Match Categories

Match your categories with Rue du Commerce's using "Categories Matching".

Complete Attributes Matching

Match your products catalogue fields with the fields requested by the channel, based on fields definitions. If necessary, enter hard values, use functions and/or adapt the values by creating rules. For fields with valid values, select the suggested value or match with your products catalogue values.

Some fields are mandatory and must be completed for your products to be created or updated. Other fields are optional but Rue du Commerce recommends you to fill them in to improve your products visibility.

Special features for Rue du Commerce:

1. Set up your promotional offers/flash sales/sales

Please note that for the same offer, a promotion, a sales and sales flash cannot coexist, otherwise the offer would be invalidated.

1.1 Promotions

To set up promotional offers/sales, fill in the following fields:

  • price: price before discount (original price). If your products are not discounted, fill in this field with your usual selling price.
  • discount_price: discounted price during your promotional offer.
  • discount-start-date (optional): date on which your promotional offer starts. If you fill in this field and the "discount-price" field, the promotional offer will start at the provided date. Format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.000+02:00
  • discount-end-date (optional): date on which your promotional offer ends. If you fill in this field and the "discount-price" field, the promotional offer will end at the provided date. Format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.000+02:00

2. Delivery method and costs

Shipping costs and delivery methods are defined by Rue du Commerce. Contact them to obtain the table of costs.

2.1 Delivery methods

Select delivery methods in your Rue du Commerce back office.

2.2 Shipping costs

Please note that each product is linked to a logistics category. The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of:

  • the delivery method linked to the product
  • the logistics category linked to the product

For the logistics category, you may choose between several options:

Keep the logistics category assigned by default by Rue du Commerce. In that case, no action needs to be taken by you in Lengow.

OR

Change the logistics category assigned by default by Rue du Commerce. In that case, fill in the field "logistic_class" (contact your Rue du Commerce account manager to obtain the list of authorised values).

Note: if you want to offer free shipping for all your product, go to your Mirakl back office. For more information, contact your Rue du Commerce account manager.

3. Variations

Rue du Commerce accepts colour and/or size/dimension variations.

To manage your variations, fill in the following fields:

  • group_code: parent identifier (common to all variations of product). Mandatory if the product has variations. Leave this field empty if the products has no variation.
  • color: product colour. Mandatory if the product has colour variations.
  • universal_size: product size. Mandatory if the product has size variations.
  • dimensions : product variations. Mandatory if the product has dimension variations.

Manage your Exclusions

In addition to the usual instructions for exclusions, you must exclude for Rue du Commerce:

  • "Parent products" if your products catalogue contains any, since Rue du Commerce does not want to receive parent files.

Preview your data

Check the data you are about to send to the channel at the "Preview" step.

Configure your Options

Configure options before sending your products catalogue to Rue du Commerce.

Provide two types of login details for Rue du commerce:

1.1 Login details and option to send your products catalogue

Regarding the identifiers you have to complete:

Mirakl API Key

Enter here your Mirakl API key.

To get it, go to your Mirakl back office, click on your e-mail address at the top right corner ("My account") and then on "API key".
If your API key changed, you also need to change it in your Lengow account.

Mirakl_storeid

Enter here your Mirakl store identifier

To find it, go to your Mirakl back office and click on "My account" > "Settings" (visible at the top of the page: identifiant: XXXX)

Use a pre-production account

Disabled by default.

You can enable it to send your products catalogue on Rue du Commerce pre-production environment.

Note: your products catalogue is sent on the Rue du Commerce "production" environment by default. However, Rue du Commerce may ask you to send first your products catalogues on their pre-production environment so that they can check your catalogue values. In this case, enable this option and provide your API key (Mirakl_key) and your Mirakl store ID (Mirakl_key) of your Rue du Commerce account which were created in pre-production. Disable it afterwards to send your catalogue to production and fill in the respective login details.

1.2 Login details to retrieve your Rue du Commerce orders

Your login

Provide here your Rue du Commerce seller account login.

API key

Provide here the API key.

To find it, go to your Rue du Commerce seller account, then go the "Espace Développeur" area > "Url Webservice" and copy one of the information recovery URLs. API key is just after the slash, following your seller account name. Here is an example of a URL (API key appears in bold characters): https://marchands.rueducommerce.fr/merchant/mmie/xml/nom-compte-RDC/b8556edadd28191f8b3317c1c20275gvhde2cb00d

Note: if you want to change your Rue du Commerce account password, you have to retrieve your API key first and update it in Lengow.

Launch the channel catalogue

  • Before sending your optimised catalogue to Rue du Commerce:
    • Check that your Rue du Commerce seller store has been created and opened in Mirakl.
    • Check that there are no rules created in your Rue du Commerce Mirakl back office.
    • Contact your Rue du Commerce account manager to know on which environment you should send your products catalogue (pre-production or production).

Two distinct feeds are sent to Rue du Commerce through API:

  • Product Feed: enables products integration and creation. It is sent to Rue du Commerce twice a day (at around 11 am and 4:45 pm). If your products are free from errors, they will be created on Rue du Commerce and will appear online within 48 hours , after the offer feed has been sent.
  • Offer Feed: enables the update of prices, stock, etc. It is sent to Rue du Commerce every 6 hours. When Rue du Commerce receives the offer feed, data is updated almost immediately on their website.

Read Integration Reports

Read product and offer Integration Reports to check that your products are properly configured, either at product creation level (product feed) or updates (offer feed). These reports list only items which were rejected by Rue du Commerce. For each product in error, Rue du Commerce specifies the reason for the rejection.

Product and offer integration reports are available and downloadable from:

  • Lengow: "Channel" tab > select "Rue du Commerce" > "Activity"
  • Your Rue du Commerce Mirakl back office:
    • Products feed report: "My Inventory" > "Import From File" > "Track product imports"
    • Offers feed report : "My Inventory" > "Import From File" > "Track offer imports"

Edit a product file

Contact your Rue du Commerce account manager to edit this data.

Data is automatically updated as soon as the offer feed is sent out.

Unpublish/Delete an offer

Manage your Rue du Commerce orders

You can manage your orders in the Lengow platform.

1. Order retrieval

Lengow retrieves orders placed on Rue du Commerce website every hour.

2. Order processing

Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed :

  • Waiting_acceptance. Here is what you can do at this stage:
    • Accept the order.
    • Refuse the order. Specify the cancel reason.
  • Waiting_shipment. The order has been accepted and is awaiting for shipment. Here is what you can do at this stage:
    • Confirm order shipment. Specify the tracking number and carrier name to ship the order.
    • Refuse the order. Specify the cancel reason.
  • Shipped : the order has been sent and the shipment is in progress.
  • Cancelled. the order has been cancelled. At this stage, you cannot carry out any action.
