Each marketplace has its own way of operating to manage orders: we offer you a unique platform to orchestrate your sales on the marketplaces.

All of your orders coming from the marketplaces will be centralized. You can realize all order actions on our platform (automatic acceptance, launching a shipment of parcels,...).
In addition, each marketplace has a large number of statuses that indicate the status of orders: to help you we have unified these different statuses.
Finally thanks to our plugins (PrestaShop, Magento...) or the Lengow API, orders can be integrated directly into your tools, for example in the back office of your e-commerce site.

You have access to an overview of the orders and a detailed view by order. For each order, you can (depending on the marketplace functioning):

  • Perform actions on an order (accept / refuse, request a refund, cancel the order, validate the shipment ...)
  • Enter the parcel tracking URL and select the carrier

As for your inventory, it will be updated egularly on all marketing channels: your stock is decremented automatically or manually in your product catalogue.
When you sell a product with very little stock in multiple channels, we encourage you to set up automatic rules to prevent the release of out-of-stock products frustrating your buyers. This is a bad practice that can impact on your overall performance on the marketplaces. Indeed some marketplaces do not hesitate to suspend the accounts of merchants who generate too many dishonoured orders .
